DJ Jens-Ingo Brodesser
DJ Jens-Ingo Brodesser (Zingo) is a Greek-German dancer and Tango DJ based in Brussels. With more than 800 DJ appearances worldwide on his counter, his tango journey spans over 25 years and has taken him to many respected events across Europe, the Americas, and Asia.
At his DJ sets, he aims to catch the mood of the moment, observing the dancers and translating their energy into music. Diversity and changing impulses guide his choices—like painting with sounds, telling a story, or sometimes being abstract, but always expressing something and making people dance.
Jens-Ingo is also the organizer of La Cita de los Amigos in Belgium, a widely regarded top-level marathon in Europe, and co-founder of Tango Time Travel, a project dedicated to preserving and restoring historical tango recordings from original shellac and early vinyl. Alongside DJing, he shares his knowledge through workshops and lectures for dancers, DJs, and music lovers—recently in Hong Kong, Finland, Germany, France, and Belgium.
